1. Non-Payment of Hosting Fees

If you have a hosting account and you fail to pay for your invoice on time, We auto-suspend your website until the payment is made.
This is because our web hosting services are Prepaid or We are only able to issue you the service only after all the costs for running your account are covered for that billing period.
To resolve this issue, you should check your email for any account suspension warnings from your host or verify that all of your recent invoices have been paid.
Generally, paying any outstanding invoices will automatically restore your account right away.
Here’s How Invoice Related Account Suspensions Work:
We offer four days grace period to pay any recurring web hosting invoices before an account is suspended.
You will get three overdue invoice warnings within 3 consecutive days, failure to make payment upon the 3rd overdue reminder will result in account suspension the next day (4th day of the cycle).
Failure to make a payment or reactivate your suspended account will also result in account termination in the next 26 days.
Again Account Suspension means: Your website, emails, and access to cPanel will stop working. All your website, emails, and data in your cPanel account will remain stored on our servers.
Once an account has been suspended due to non-payment, A 25% penalty fee will be raised on your account on the 7th day of your billing cycle.
You can unsuspend your account at any time within 26 days by making payment to your outstanding invoice.
Account Termination means: All your website data, emails, backups, and entire cPanel account will be completely erased from our servers and cannot be restored.

We always recommend making payments directly online through the payment gateway provided instead of manual bank transfers (EFT).
When you pay an invoice using a payment gateway, all funds are automatically allocated and any services you are paying for will automatically activate.
If you are forced to use manual EFT. Always make sure you email us proof of your payment so we can manually allocate the funds paid to your client account.
The banking details and manual EFT instructions will be displayed on your copy of your electronic invoice (inside your client dashboard portal).

Simply log in to your account, choose invoices (or go to Menu -> Billing -> Invoices), locate the invoice you need to pay, and choose your preferred payment method. It’s quick, easy, and secure.
Once logged in. Choose Invoices.
Locate/ Select an Invoice you’d like to pay for from the list. Or choose an option to pay for all your invoices at once.
Click “Pay Now” in order to make a payment using the payment gateway provided.
If you prefer to use PayPal. Find the PayPal option under the Payment Method dropdown.
The manual bank transfer method is not that convenient if you need services to be activated immediately, but it is still a reliable and secure option.
If you are forced to use this method. It’s important that you notify us immediately whenever you make any deposits or transfers. This will help ensure that everything is processed efficiently and without any delays. Here’s how you pay for invoice using EFT on Mashjoy Hosting Platform:
Simply log in to your account, choose invoices (or go to Menu -> Billing -> Invoices), locate the invoice you need to pay, and choose your preferred payment method. It’s quick, easy, and secure.
Locate/ Select an Invoice you’d like to pay for from the list. Or choose an option to pay for all your invoices at once.
Once an electronic invoice shows up, it might be set to a system default payment method of Debit, Credit card.
Click the payment method dropdown and select Manual EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Then wait for less than a second for the invoice to refresh.
Once refreshed. You’ll see our banking details and payment instructions to the top right of the invoice.
2. Your Website is Violating the Terms of Service
